The display is a viewer-friendly super-size of 2.8 inches, even larger than those for digital video cameras, and sounds come out through 3D stereo speakers. For your viewing pleasure, it has a nifty kickstand at the back to prop up the phone on a table while you sit back. Aside from the usual user-friendly Nokia features for mobile phone use, SMS, phonebook, calendar and games, the Nokia N96 uses 3.5G connection for fast Internet access and emailing. It has a geotagging feature that records where you took a picture or video, and it can also upgrade to a GPS navigation system for the busy traveler. The Nokia N96 phone is sold unlocked in the US. It may be sold through carriers locked in other countries. What’s the catch, you say? It sells at prices going well over a staggering $700.
